Comparable Items Policy: We are a small store, with limited supplies on hand. If you have ordered an item online that we do not currently have in stock we will contact you with suggestions of comparable items. If you'd like to wait until the item you ordered comes back in stock (which could take months), you are more than welcome.

Return Policy: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. All products are packed securely. Any damages, which may occur during shipment, must be reported to UPS or the USPS and to beekind Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. beekind will make every effort to replace or refund damaged product, based on verification provided by the recipient from UPS or the USPS. Original packing box(es) must be available for return or inspection. If a package shows damage upon receipt, please refuse delivery and Contact Us.
